EPI Emergency Warranty

Except for Xenon strobe lamps and incandescent lamps, EPI Emergency, Inc. warranties the products described herein for a period of 2 years under normal use and service from the date of manufacture as marked on the product, that the product will be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, overloading, altered products, or damage caused by the purchaser connecting the unit to wrong voltage or polarity. Xenon strobe lamps are warranted for 1 full year from date of manufacture.

THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION HEREIN. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OR ANY AFFIRMATION OF FACT OR REPRESENTATION EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN.

REMEDY

EPI Emergency, Inc.’s sole responsibility and liability, and purchaser’s exclusive remedy shall be limited to the repair or replacement at EPI Emergency option, of a part or parts not conforming to the warranty. All products requiring warranty service shall be returned to EPI Emergency within 2 years of manufacture, shipping prepaid. EPI Emergency will return repaired or replaced products to the purchaser via prepaid ground transportation. In no event shall EPI Emergency be liable for damages of any nature, including incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to any damages resulting from non-conformity, defect in material or workmanship.

All material being returned for service must have an RMA number shown on the shipping label. Please email or call 1 (905) 918-3033 to obtain the RMA number prior to sending the material for service. Shipping, Removal, & Installation costs not included in warranty coverage.

Extended 5 Year Warranty

EPI Emergency Extended 5 Year Warranty: ONLY IF PURCHASED AT TIME OF PURCHASE.

This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, overloading, altered products, or damage caused by the purchaser connecting the unit to wrong voltage or polarity. Xenon strobe lamps are warranted for 1 full year from date of manufacture. Additionally provides SIX (6) Months Over the Counter Exchange on any defective products.

EPI Emergency, Inc. warranties the products described herein for a period of 1 years under normal use and service from the date of refurbish as marked on the product, that the product will be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, overloading, altered products, or damage caused by the purchaser connecting the unit to wrong voltage or polarity.

There is only one REAL EPI Emergency Products, they are exclusively sold and distributed by select dealers. Online dealers not listed on our website ARE NOT AUTHORIZED DEALERS!
